Since we do not create pages, it is important that you create
and style your own page the way you want it and place
the appropriate shortcode on that page.
To display the Customer REGISTER form,
Use the shortcode: [scrs-register]
To display the Customer REQUEST form, Use the shortcode: [scrs-request]
