The focus of this release is reliability, transparency, and making sure you - the coach - always know exactly where your subscription stands. Whether you are managing an active practice or just getting started, these improvements are designed to keep things running smoothly in the background so you can stay focused on your clients.

Why Upgrade?

If you are already using Wheel of Life Assessment, here is what this update means for your day-to-day experience:

• No more license renewal reminders. When you have an active subscription, your license is handled automatically for as long as your subscription continues. No more countdown notices or expiry warnings cluttering your dashboard - it just works.
• Subscription changes take effect immediately. Upgrading your plan, cancelling, or reactivating used to take up to six hours to show up in the plugin due to background caching. Now, any change made on the server is reflected in your plugin within seconds.
• Correctly branded emails. Wheel of Life Assessment now sends its own clearly labelled subscription emails. Every notification clearly names Wheel of Life Assessment so there is no confusion about what action triggered it.
• A clear warning before you lose access. If your subscription is scheduled to cancel at the end of your billing period, a notice now appears right inside your dashboard showing the exact cancellation date and a one-click link to reactivate - so you never lose access by accident.

• AI-generated insights delivered automatically. After each client submits a wheel assessment, the system generates a personalised insight report using AI. You go into every session already prepared, without spending time analysing scores yourself.
• Unlimited client assessments on higher plans. The Coach and Studio plans remove client caps so your subscription grows with your practice, not against it.

Assessment Templates

Setting up a new assessment used to mean staring at a blank form and figuring out where to start. The new template library gives you a professionally written starting point in seconds. On the assessment settings page, you will find a \"Load a Template\" row: pick a template from the dropdown, click Load, and both the question title and the question text for each assessment area populate immediately - giving you a fully formed starting point with descriptive labels and supporting text already written. No typing, no guesswork.

Seven templates are included, each written for a specific coaching context:

• Classic Life Wheel - the eight core life areas most coaches start with
• Business Coaching - ten areas covering strategy, leadership, sales, and operations
• Health & Wellness - ten areas across physical, mental, and lifestyle dimensions
• Executive Leadership - ten areas suited to senior leaders and high-performance coaching
• Life in Transition - eight areas for clients navigating major life changes
• Faith & Spiritual Life - ten areas for coaches working within a faith-based framework
• Relationship Coaching - eight areas covering connection, communication, and personal boundaries

Once a template is loaded you can save immediately or adjust any field before saving - the template is a starting point, not a constraint.

Loading a template requires an active subscription. Coaches without one will see a prompt to subscribe when they try.
